Today I was excited to read a fascinating article about spending money and eventually your accumulated wealth mindfully and how every dollar we spend "votes" for the item we spend it on. Think about it - each and every dollar we spend supports something and perpetrates the continuance of it whether it is a sustainable resource or junk food so why not take this opportunity to vote with your money and at the same time redistribute it and spread it around doing something positive for the planet ? Normally I am a calm and rational person. I drift coolly around & don't get too fazed by what happens until I get completely wound up by stress or an accumulation of life's events - doesn't everyone I wondered ?
